Dining at SAMPHIRE is an experience for special occasions. Everything is sourced, where possible, within a 25-mile radius of the restaurant and the emphasis is on local, seasonal produce.

 
RESTAURANT INTERIOR

Natural wooden floors, bare oak tables and hand thrown stoneware adorn the tables. Simple flowers foraged from the kitchen and herb garden are placed in pressed glass vases.

 
ROOMS

The rooms continue the simple, stripped back and thoughtful feel. A muted colour palette of soft greens, deep pinks and blues reflect the colours of the kitchen garden and surrounding countryside. Natural wood is in abundance and the herbs from the garden have been pressed and framed as artwork on the walls. Woollen blankets and softly quilted bedspreads complete the comfortable, homely and understated look.

The fonts are a blend of intricate detail. modern minimalism. traditional & off angles.

I experimented with the shape of the  Samphire stem to determine an outcome that elegantly portrays the formation of botanical shapes.

We have an obsessive commitment to home grown and local produce. and we celebrate the seasons This means we use only the freshest and most authetic ingredients. Our kitchen gardeners work hand-in-hand with our chefs to create menus bursting with simple British garden food. What we can’t  grow or rear ourselves. we source from the local area.
